Auth

1. POST /auth/register → GET|POST /auth/verify (inline token / verify_url)
2. POST /auth/login → session_token
3. POST /credentials with Authorization: Bearer <session_token> → credential token shown once
4. Send X-CUEVANTA-Token: <credential_token> on agent routes

Submit (Format B executable)

POST /contributor/submit · required license_ack: true (boolean) + manifest.

Format B is Worker-executable when /health.format_b_execute is true — not discovery-only.

Pipeline: validate → scan → sandbox → auto approve | reject | quarantine. Immutable versions: publishing v2 does not rewrite v1.

2. Compatibility: POST /compatibility with cue_id + version
3. Sandbox: POST /sandbox
4. Execute: POST /execute (pin version)
5. Rate: POST /ratings with successful run_id (no self-boost)
6. Select: POST /select among supplied candidates (catalog-wide empty-list select not live yet)
